Rothamsted Enterprises have three catering premises on site at Harpenden, from our café open to the public, a large conference centre that can accommodate up to 500 guests and our recently launched grade 1 listed Manor as an events venue.
Jez Beasley leads the kitchen team and we have two Commis Chefs who can take care of the café and conference centre. We are now looking for an experienced Sous Chef to work with us on a part time, full time or flexible basis to support the Manor business as we slowly build up the business. All our venues are non-residential, so the number of evening functions currently is limited, however we are looking for someone who can support in taking our business to the next level.

Rothamsted Enterprises was established in 2015 with four key business areas in our portfolio: Rothamsted Agri-Tech Business Centre; Rothamsted Manor; Rothamsted Conference Centre and Rothamsted Restaurant.
