Customer Services Support Administrator (Facilities)

The Customer Services Support Administrator (Facilities) will play a crucial role in assisting the Supervisor in various facilities management tasks while ensuring the campus operates smoothly. Ensuring an efficient execution of our approach to health and safety, risk assessments and audits.

This role demands effective communication with diverse stakeholders and adept problem-solving to address various needs across our campus. As a versatile and proactive team player, you’ll handle diverse responsibilities to ensure smooth facility functioning and continuous improvement. Your organisational and multitasking skills will be essential to prioritise tasks efficiently and calmly.

This position reports to the Compliance and Facilities Supervisor and may involve additional duties as required, and any other duties reasonably required by the line manager or of Rothamsted Enterprises consistent with the grade and level of responsibility assigned to this role. Working hours will be allocated by a rota, and occasional weekend and evening work may be required to support the business needs.

Sous Chef

The Sous Chef will be a key member of the kitchen team at Rothamsted Enterprises, situated on the Rothamsted  Harpenden Campus, Hertfordshire, working across 3 venues which include our Grade I listed Manor, Conference Centre and on-site Restaurant. 

We are searching for an experienced and organised person, with a positive attitude, who is passionate about their profession and enjoys working with diverse group of people. Customer Services Supervisor

Rothamsted Enterprises is recruiting to this newly created role, that will form an essential part of the Supervisory team in the business. Based at the heart of the Campus, this role would be ideal for an experienced Head Receptionist from the hotel and conference venue sector. The Customer Services Supervisor will work across all elements of the Campus and with a broad variety of stakeholders.

The post holder will be a first point of contact for all areas of the business so will consistently need to present and conduct themselves in a manner that reflects our business ethos and high standards.  As a fast paced and varied role, will suit candidates who can easily multitask and are excellent problem solvers. 
The role holder will supervise two members of the team and report directly into the Operations Manager, and be an integral part of the day to day delivery of the business onsite.
