A selection of soft and alcoholic drinks are available to purchase on the day.

Free parking

Free parking is available on Rothamsted Campus next to Rothamsted Restaurant. Disabled parking is available on site.

Cancellation Policy

If you find you are unable to attend the event due to personal circumstances, we are unfortunately not able to refund your ticket unless we are given at least 2 weeks’ notice before the date of the event*. With less than 2 weeks’ notice prior to the event, no refunds will be given. However, you will have the option to transfer to the same event only, on an alternative date subject to availability.

Cancellations can only be made by written request, please email events@rothamstedenterprises.com

If we are unable to run this event, we will refund your ticket in full, or transfer your ticket to a future date.

*refunds will incur a 3% processing fee.
