Did you know Rothamsted Research is home to the National Willow collection? This year marks 100 years of the collection and to celebrate, join us for our Willow Weaving Workshops at Rothamsted Manor.
Put your creative skills to the test and join us for a day of willow weaving, making either an animal sculpture or basket depending on your chosen workshop.

o Tea and coffee served throughout the day
A selection of cold drinks are available to purchase on the day. This event starts at 10am and ends at 5pm.
Parking signs will be placed outside the main iron gates to Rothamsted Manor. Please park on the grass verges – from here, please walk through the gates to the front of Rothamsted Manor. No parking is available as standard directly outside the manor house. If you require disabled parking, please contact us before hand so we can arrange for our team to open the Manor gates.
If you find you are unable to attend the event due to personal circumstances, we are unfortunately not able to refund your ticket unless we are given at least 2 weeks’ notice before the date of the event*. With less than 2 weeks’ notice prior to the event, no refunds will be given. However, you will have the option to transfer to the same event only, on an alternative date subject to availability.

If we are unable to run this event, we will refund your ticket in full, or transfer your ticket to a future date.
*refunds will incur a 3% processing fee.
