Five Rivers Equity are a family owned business who specialise in three core areas: Private Equity & Venture Capital, Real Estate and Healthcare. We are led by Ravi, Rajan and Arjan who have lived in Harpenden for over 20 years.
Private Equity
Our focus is on acquiring SMEs across various sectors and investing in early-stage companies led by the next generation of innovative founders. We support (but not exclusively), founders from underrepresented backgrounds making an impact in industries that truly shape lives.
Real Estate
We specialise in developing properties across the UK and Europe, including prime central London residential developments, delivering value and purpose through every project. We specialise in buying distressed properties and refurbishing them to the highest standards of quality and finish. Our portfolio also extends to commercial properties designed for supported living, creating safe and nurturing environments for adults and children.
Healthcare
We are passionate about growing and scaling healthcare businesses, particularly in the complex care and supported living sectors. Our expertise lies in acquiring, scaling, and selling companies within this sector. We pride ourselves on our highly competent management team with experience in both private equity and organic growth, who care about the people we serve.
