Having completed an online ticket purchase you have the right to cancel your transaction and receive a refund of sums paid minus an administration fee of 10% if your cancellation notification is received at least14 days before the event start date. Please email
info@rothamstedenterprises.com with your booking receipt confirmation details.
No refunds will be issued after this date.
If Rothamsted Enterprises are unable to run the event, a full refund will be issued.
