Rothamsted Conference Centre offers various delegate rates available when booking your meeting or conferencing room, with our attractive DDR package, full day or half day hire, with a dry hire option also available.
Day Delegate Rate
Rothamsted Conference Centre offers an attractive and competitive DDR package from £42.50 per person plus VAT.
This includes:
- Meeting room hire
- AV equipment – LCD Projector, laptop, whiteboard (please note: this will incur additional costs)
- Flipchart
- Conference Day Delegate Buffet lunch
- A selection of Fairtrade teas and artisan bean to cup coffees available from arrival and throughout the day with biscuits
- Dedicated Event Manager
- High speed Wifi connection
- Free onsite car parking
Room only hire
If you would simply like to book a room only for a full or half day, this includes:

Any AV support or food and drinks will incur additional costs
