RemePhy is a phytoremediation start-up developing metal-hyperaccumulating plants in order to purify contaminated soils from heavy metals. Due to our innovative plant-bacterial system, our plants are able to accumulate multiple metal variants up to 17X more than regular plant types. This enables RemePhy not only to be another phytoremediation company but also to recycle multiple metals simultaneously. We also aim to recycle the produced plant biomass, offering a sustainable solution for contaminated land purification by combining phytoremediation with heavy metal recycling.
