Banish, ’Can you hear me now?’ or perhaps the more frequent, ‘Can you see me now?’ from your meetings.
Rothamsted Conference Centre has undertaken an upgrade of their audio-visual meeting room facilities. The venue is fitted with high-standard audio-visual equipment, supported by a professional AV company, FoxWylie with over 20 years’ skills and experience, to ensure your event is delivered to the highest standards – whether it’s virtual, hybrid, or in-person. The goal is to enable any delegate– whether in the conference room or remote – access to the same content and collaboration features as every other delegate, without wasting time on complicated set-ups and installing new software.
Video conferencing is currently a staple of many meetings and conferences, and is now available in eight of the nine conference rooms. Their meeting rooms, which range in size from boardrooms and large meeting rooms, to a 300-seat auditorium*, are designed to provide a consistent user experience and provide a simple, straightforward way to operate video conferencing solutions.
With new cameras, tabletop mics, and high-quality speakers, Rothamsted Conference Centre can offer richer sound and a high-resolution display, ensuring sharp images and clear communication. A stand-out upgrade is in The Fowden Hall*, where there is now a presenter’s comfort monitor and a second, front-facing camera, allowing delegates who are attending virtually to see an audience view.
