Jez Beasley, Rothamsted Enterprises’ Head Chef, recently visited Year 10 Food Technology students at local secondary school, Roundwood Park School.

 

During the visit Jez demonstrated three courses – a caprese salad, braised cauliflower, and apple soufflé. He talked students through recipe ideas, presentation techniques and of course – the all-important chance to sample the dishes! The timing of the visit was perfect as students will soon be choosing their mock exam dishes.

 

Jez’s visit is part of our ongoing commitment to support local schools, inspire young minds and promote a sustainable future.
