SHAKE Climate Change
SHAKE Climate Change is a consortium-based programme led by Rothamsted Research that brings together experts from Rothamsted Research, Cranfield University, University College London and the University of Hertfordshire.
We’re not a typical fund. Imagine us more like a family – nurturing collective potential to create something truly amazing, leveraging world class expertise in science, tech and business. We have a shared passion and a collective ambition to tackle climate change. We believe we have the drive, determination and courage to push the boundaries of the food and farming industry.
We’ll support you and your bright ideas, providing you with care, mentorship and advice well beyond the initial funding to turn your ventures into a reality. The SHAKE team are committed to working with entrepreneurs to help build their business. Each member is giving their time and expertise to entrepreneurs taking on the challenges of climate change in agriculture and pushing the boundaries of food and farming.
We are looking for Founders (or co-founders) of early stage ventures with exciting, original, and viable business ideas in agriculture and food production.
