Steve Moss – Musical Supervisor of the Rothamsted Summer Concerts

Steve will be returning to Cherry Tree Lane this year, as the Musical Director of Mary Poppins at the Prince Edward Theatre, London. The show will be reopening on August 7th. 

Steve recently finished as Musical Director on the new production of Les Misérables at the Sondheim Theatre, London, where he was the MD of the show since 2018. 

Steve was also associate Musical Director at the Gielgud Theatre, for Les Misérables: The Staged Concert. 

As Musical Director, Steve has worked on the original production of Les Misérables at the Queen’s Theatre London (2018/2019), Mary Poppins (UK Tour 2016/17), Mary Poppins (Zurich/Dubai) and Mary Poppins, and  Hear the People Sing for Jo Cox.

Steve was also associate Musical Supervisor of Mary Poppins in Japan.

As an Assistant Conductor, Steve has conducted on shows including Miss Saigon (Prince Edward) and Les Misérables (Queen’s 2012 to 2017), The Wizard of Oz (London Palladium – 3rd MD), Les Misérables (UK and international tour – 3rd MD).

Recordings include: Les Misérables (25th anniversary cast album), The Wizard of Oz cast album, Miss Saigon cast album, Miss Saigon 25th anniversary DVD and The Heat is Back On DVD; Les Miserables – The Staged Concert cast Album 2019. 

Previous shows playing clarinet, saxophone and flute include Miss Saigon, The Wizard of Oz and Privates on Parade (London), Les Misérables (UK and international tour), Funny Girl (Chichester), White Christmas, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and Mary Poppins (UK tours). Steve has also depped on War Horse, Evita and Les Misérables (London), Porgy and Bess (London), Sister Act and West Side Story (UK tours).
