Rothamsted Enterprises Membership Agreement Form

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Rothamsted Enterprise (“Provider”) and the undersigned member (“Member”). By completing and signing this form, the Member agrees to the terms of this Agreement and the Rothamsted Enterprise Membership Terms & Conditions, which form part of this contract.

Memberships renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled in writing with at least one (1) months’ notice before the renewal date.

Annual (upfront) £780 + VAT per annum

Payment is due in advance. Annual payments are due upon commencement of the membership term.

Membership start date

This Agreement commences on the Start Date above and continues for the selected term, renewing automatically unless cancelled in accordance with Section 2.

By signing below, the Member confirms they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Membership Agreement and the current Rothamsted Enterprises Membership Terms & Conditions, which are available upon request or on the Rothamsted Enterprises website.
